At Monsta for Good, our mission is to empower small organizations working towards making a positive impact on vulnerable communities globally. We believe that every person deserves access to basic needs such as food, shelter, education, and healthcare. By utilizing the power of cryptocurrency, we aim to provide financial assistance to these organizations and contribute towards a better future for those in need. Our goal is to support and amplify the efforts of those working towards the betterment of society and inspire others to make a positive impact in their own communities.
We have been hard at work behind the scenes to develop a sustainable way to achieve our mission.
To kick things off, we have a simple plan. Each month, we will feature an individual or NGO (Non-Governmental Organization) that is making a difference through a highlight video, which we will share across our platforms. People will have the opportunity to share the video on their social media or donate directly.
Donations received within the month-long period will be shared with the featured person or organization, with a portion used towards helping other spotlight participants in the future. Our ultimate vision is for MFG to become self-sustaining and grow into something even greater. We rely on the generosity of those who are able to donate to these causes, and we welcome any support in spreading the word about our mission through sharing our messages on social media. Spotlight: Masi Creative Hub
The Masiphumelele Creative Hub is an organization that feeds over a thousand children every day, as well as provides basic education and sport activities in a safe environment. It was founded in 2017 by Yandiswa Mazwana, and is based in Cape Town, South Africa.
The organization relies heavily on funding, but also uses community art to provide an income. They have managed to start their own vegetable garden which helps to provide healthy meals to hungry children on a daily basis. Around 140 food packages are also delivered to the elderly every week!
Monsta Corp. was honoured to contribute towards this cause and also spend a day with their founder, visiting the vegetable gardens, kitchens and the safe spaces they have created for the youth in their community.
